By accessing or using the REAX mobile application, branded as “REAX: Lacrosse Faceoff Trainer” (the “App”), and our website located at www.reaxapp.com (the “Site”), along with any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use REAX. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of Services
REAX provides:
- A reaction-based training application for athletes
- Performance tracking tools and training features
- Physical products (including tripods and related accessories)
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
REAX is not a medical or professional training provider.
By using the App or participating in any training:
- You acknowledge that physical activity involves risk of injury
- You assume full responsibility for your health and safety
- You agree to use proper equipment and safe training environments
REAX is not responsible for:
- Injuries sustained during training
- Improper use of training techniques
- Accidents resulting from user behavior
5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:
- Assume all risks associated with using REAX
- Release REAX from any claims related to:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Losses resulting from use of the Services
6. Product Use Disclaimer (Equipment)
REAX products are intended for training purposes only.
You agree that:
- You will use products as intended and in a safe manner
- You are responsible for properly securing your device
- REAX is not liable for:
- Damage to phones or equipment
- Improper setup or misuse
- Accidents caused by product use
7. Orders, Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to:
- Change pricing at any time
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
8. Shipping & Returns
All product purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
9. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the App are processed by Apple via the App Store.
- REAX does not control billing for in-app purchases
- All subscription management, cancellations, and refunds must be handled through Apple
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and technology related to REAX are the property of REAX and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Interfere with the functionality or security of the Services
12. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity under your account
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
REAX makes no guarantees regarding:
- Accuracy of data or performance metrics
- Continuous availability of the App
- Error-free operation
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REAX shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or use
- Injuries or damages arising from use of the Services
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold REAX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
